What we built
From April to June 2026, DoorStopper ran a tenant-placement service for individual landlords and small property managers, operated by DoorStopper, a Delaware C-Corp. A landlord entered a property once; DoorStopper drafted the listing with AI, prepared it for 13 rental platforms, and handled inbound inquiries from one inbox with drafted replies that a person reviewed. DoorStopper is now building workflow software for property managers.

AI listing generation
One property form generated platform-specific listing copy using Claude (Anthropic), tailored to each site’s tone and format.
13-platform Chrome extension
A Manifest V3 extension auto-filled a landlord’s listing into each platform’s native posting form.
Fair housing filter
Drafted inquiry replies passed through a fair-housing filter; flagged replies were held for a person to review instead of sending.
Multi-channel lead inbox
Tenant inquiries arrived by email (Resend/Postmark) and SMS (Twilio) into one inbox with AI-drafted replies.
